Symptoms or Error
When users select an application or desktop, the Citrix Receiver launches the application, or when users disconnect from the session the following Windows Logon screen error appears:
“The referenced account is currently locked out and may not be logged on to.”
Note: Users does not experience this behavior when using explicit authentication mode.

Solution
To resolve the issue, complete the following procedure:- Log on as an Administrator and open Active Directory.
- Open the Computer Properties for the Citrix Servers.
- In the Delegation tab, select the Do not trust this computer for delegation option.
- Click OK.
- Install the XA650W2K8R2X64014 hotfix. Refer to CTX131837 – Hotfix XA650W2K8R2X64014 - For Citrix XenApp 6.5 for Windows Server 2008 R2 - English.
- Restart the computer.
Problem Cause
This issue occurs when you enable the Active Directory Trust this computer for delegation to any service (Kerberos only) option with Passthrough and Explicit mode in the farm configuration of Web Interface.

Apple doesn't look into anything here, you need to go https://www.apple.com/feedback/ and post your question but I can almost assure you it's a Citrix issue as far as Apple is concerned if anything changed from 10.2 to 10.3 to prevent Citrix from functioning and it's up to Citrix to fix. Unless Apple broke something that is included with their update exclusively don't expect them to look into it.
